Trip Itinerary

Considering you arrive on Friday at Jaipur International Airport, your pre-arranged airport pickup will be waiting with a placard to greet you. You will be escorted directly to your volunteer accommodation or host family, according to your chosen preference. Our coordinator will welcome you with a traditional Indian greeting—perfect for capturing and sharing on social media. Take some time to settle in and get acquainted with the other volunteers who will be joining you on this incredible journey.

On Saturday, you will participate in a brief orientation session to help you understand what to expect during your volunteer program. This session will also provide an opportunity to get to know your fellow volunteers and project partners, ensuring a smooth and cohesive start to your journey.

Enjoy a free day to explore the vibrant city of Jaipur or simply take some rest. You can also connect with friends back home, bond with new friends in Jaipur, or spend time online with your family.

Starting Monday, you will begin your volunteer work at your selected project. On your first day, you will primarily observe and familiarize yourself with the environment rather than actively participating. You'll receive support from the coordinator and have the opportunity to plan activities and requirements according to your volunteer project’s needs. Based on availability and your preference, you can choose to stay in a private room, with a host family, or in shared accommodation with fellow volunteers.
